The YAAC business meeting is Monday, 4 Feb from 8-1130. The Harbor
Dinner cruise will be that evening and the awards dinner will be held
Tuesday night. Please plan your transportation and hotel accommodations
accordingly.
Additionally, we'd like to hold a telecon Tuesday January 8, 2008, at 1300 EST to discuss this year's agenda. (Note: This is the updated telecon day and time.) In the meantime, please forward local chapter YAC success stories to Matt Heideman. He'll be building a draft agenda for us to discuss this Thursday and would like to add success stories to our meeting agenda. We have a new conference call # to use during the monthly dial-in meetings. Here's the details (John could we update the website with these numbers?):
Finally, I plan on stepping down this year as President and will recommend to the YAAC that Matt Heideman replace me. However, anyone who wishes may also offer themselves or someone else as a candidate. If there is more than one candidate for the position we will hold a vote to determine the next President at West.
